The project required a comprehensive understanding of the control room’s operational needs to create a workspace that maximizes efficiency and operator comfort. The layout was carefully analyzed to:

- Enhance visibility and interactivity with the curved console design and interactive panel.
- Design and manufacture a custom 16-seater meeting room table that integrates with the space while promoting collaboration.

- The curved consoles were designed to improve line-of-sight and enhance operator collaboration.
- Adjustable viewing angles and strategic placement of consoles ensured operator comfort during 24/7 operations.
- Custom Design:
- A 16-seater meeting table was tailored for the space, combining functionality with sleek aesthetics to fit the high standards of the Burj Khalifa.
- The interactive touch screen panel was mounted on a custom-tilted base, offering intuitive usability and a modern, seamless look.

Outcome
The project was successfully executed in partnership with MVP Tech, meeting EMAAR’s operational and design expectations.
